Please allow 1-2 business days for your parcel to be packed and posted (Australia) and 1-4 business days (International), this includes standard and express orders. Once your order has been shipped, Poured By Honor cannot accept responsibility for loss or any damage to your package. Please note that We can not be held responsible for postage delays that occur after your order has left our care

If your product purchased from us arrives damaged please contact us within 30 days of purchase at pouredbyhonor22@pouredbyhonor.com with picture(s) of your damaged item. Once we have accessed your claim, a replacement will be sent out to your original shipping address or alternatively, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please note, colours of candle wax and wax melts may differ within
different batches. Frosting may also occur on natural soy wax products, this is nothing to be alamed about and is simply the wax rattempting to return it's natural crystallised state. This is purely cosmetic and does not affect the quality of the candle or it's scent throw
Unfortunately we do not accommodate change-of-mind returns or exchanges, nor do we provide store credit, unless your item arrives damaged as outlined above. This is within your Australian Consumer Law Rights
Failure to collect or pick up your order from the post office, refusing the delivery of your order or alternatively, providing the wrong address when entering your information does not constitute a refund, and falls under ‘no change of mind’ as outlined in the return policy. Re-shipment can be arranged, at your own cost.
